Low- FODMAP Mixed Fruit Salad

  • 1½ lb papaya
  • 2 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 2 oranges, segmented
  • 2 limes, juiced (3 tbsp lime juice)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs cilantro, fresh, finely chopped or other herb
  • 1 seedless cucumber, diced
  1. Prep
  2. Peel and dice (and seed, if necessary) papaya, pineapple, cucumber, and orange. Juice lime.
  3. Make:
  4. Combine the diced fruit and cucumber in a shallow serving dish or bowl.
  5. Mix the lime juice and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Pour the mixture over the fruit, add the cilantro, and toss gently but well. Serve.
