Create the foundations of great health for life
Our health when we’re young sets the scene for maintaining great health throughout our lives. And nutrition is one of the pillars that help us stay healthy.
It’s not just what we eat, but how we eat that can influence our health as we grow up.
It’s our responsibility to help the next generation flourish. Equipping them with the tools to have a positive relationship with food, to enjoy trying new foods and to know how to choose, prepare and cook a variety of foods.
What better legacy is there for our kids than a future of great health?
Growing up with a positive relationship with food can help our kids thrive.
But the conversation we have with them about food is very different to when we were growing up.
Food isn’t ‘bad’ or ‘good’, ‘healthy’ or ‘unhealthy’. And picky eaters aren’t being difficult, they’re just expressing their uncertainty around trying new foods.
Learning a new way to talk to our kids about food can be confusing.
We can help guide you to create positive and lasting conversations with your toddlers, school-aged kids and teens. That will shape their food relationships for life.
Hi, I’m Michele.
Great health for life starts when we’re kids. Now, as adults, we often look back and see how our relationship with food could have been different.
The integrative approach of nutrition gives us a chance to create a new future for our kids – learning what and how to feed them and allow them to develop a positive relationship with food.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I help my clients experience a way of managing their well-being with nutrition that’s effective, practical, healing and puts them back in control.
