Advanced hormone testing panel measures a range of hormones that may be linked with hormonal conditions such as adrenal imbalance, fertility problems, sleep problems/insomnia, estrogen imbalance. The DUTCH Plus tests also includes testing on the cortisol awakening response, so is great for uncovering reasons behind insomnia/ sleep disturbances. When we wake, our cortisol levels naturally rise. Excessive or underactive cortisol awakening response can be caused by stress, sleep or mood disorders. The results of this test give more insight to help us create a personalized plan to really get to the root of insomnia and provide solutions to fix it.

- Testing for adrenal and reproductive hormones
- CAR (cortisol Awakening response)- measures the rise and the fall of cortisol levels at waking up and can be used as a stress test.
